We will refund you for the products returned within 1 month upon your receiving them, however, only for reason of product quality problem on our side. A full refund will be given if products are returned in their original condition.

We will also exchange products within 1 month upon your receiving them, for product quality problem reason on our side.

Products with quality problems will be repaired for free within 12 months upon your receiving them. And buyers are responsible for the maintenance shipping fees.

After 12 months maintenance period, we'll also provide maintenance service if buyers need us to, however, they should be responsible for shipping fees and maintenance fees if there's any (for example, when components need to be replaced).
