Overview

1. What is affiliate agreement?

   Affiliate agreement is an agreement about business relationship between the merchant of a product or service and a website owner who promotes the merchant's offerings. The website owner earns a commission from the merchant for each referral which results in a product sale. The affiliate plays no role in the sales contract and the product is sold to the customer by the merchant.

2. What do I need to get started?

   All you need to do is at least having a functional web site and a way of adding affiliate links on it. Join Avangate affiliate system to register at https://secure.avangate.com/affiliates/sign-up.php?merchant=DVDFABSW. You will receive the welcome letter if you are approved to become our affiliate. Then login the Avangate system and get starting to promote DVDFab products.

3. How does the program work?

   First step: Participating in affiliate program

   • Sign up to become an Avangate affiliate.
   • Find DVDFab and become our partner.
   Second step: Getting links
   • Go to the “Get Links” section in the Avangate Control Panel.
   • Click on DVDFab (vendor detail) and then you will get a page including all of our products information.
   • Click on the name of the one you want to promote.
   • Choose the link type and copy the URL from Avangate Control Panel and paste it into your website source.
   Third step: Generating Sales
A sale can be generated when your customers make a valid purchase on your site, or the visitors from your link ID come to our site make a valid purchase.
   Forth step: Getting Paid
Your order is absolutely tracked in 120 day period and you can get your commission in 20 days from the end of the month for which the commission is due.

4. How much does it cost to become a DVDFab Affiliate?

   To become a member of DVDFab affiliate program, there is no setup fee, no start up cost, no hidden performance targets to reach! Act now to make money with us!

Sales and Payments

1. When do I get paid for my sales?

   The Avangate system will pay the commission to you in 20 days from the end of the month for which the commission is due, by wire transfer or any other agreed means. The minimum month target of 100 EURO has to be reached; otherwise the value of the commission will be reported for the following month.

2. What commission do I get for my sales?

   Your initial commission for all DVDFab products is 30%, however you could get commission bonus if you could meet the requirements of our commission bonus policy as bellow:

   Place a Text Link on PR4 Page	10%
   Promote a DVDFab product on your homepage	5%
   Over 50 orders/month	5%
   Over 100 orders/month	5%
   Over 200 orders/month	5%

3. What is the best link I should use?

   No matter you use http://www.dvdfab.com/?vid=avangate&aid=xxx or http://www.dvdfab.net/?vid=avangate&aid=xxx, the Avangate cookie is replaceable which can assure you to get the commission. The only legal way for all customers to obtain DVDFab products is from www.dvdfab.net.

4. How long does the tracking cookie last?

   The customer referral cookie could be kept actively for 120 days. If the customer decides to purchase the product from your site or directly from our site, you will be credited for the sale in the 120 days period.

5. Who reports and handles the payments to us?

   The Avangate System handles all the sales reports and pays the commission to you directly.

6. Where can I get banners and logo for the software I'm promoting?

   Our affiliate specialist will send the latest banners to you at whenever you need or you could get them from banner page and logo page of our official website.

Products and promotion

1. Can I customize the product discount coupons?

   No, affiliate is not permitted to customize any DVDFab products discount coupon. Customers download the discount coupon from our official website only.

2. Can I use Ad Words containing DVDFab in my promotion campaigns in Google or other Search Engines?

   No, affiliate is strictly prohibited to do any ads on any search engine/site by using Ad Words containing "DVDFab”. Sorry to say that we will terminate the partnership once we find any affiliate breaks the rule.
