1. Where can I get the full price list of DVDFab Products?

   Please visit our website at http://www.dvdfab.net/pricelist.htm to get the full price lists of our products.

2. How many kinds of payment methods are you offering?

   To purchase online DVD Fab software we have payment methods as: Visa/MasterCard/Eurocard, American Express, Dinners Club, JCB, Bank/Wire transfer,  Alipay, PayPal, Credit/Debit card (Payment information by Fax). Please select the appropriate payment method from the list of available options provided on the billing page.

3. Why can't I get discount price after enter the coupon code?

   Please note that the code must be capital letters. You'd better enter them manually. Please don't copy and paste the coupon code directly.

4. What currencies are acceptable?

   The accepted billing currencies are EURO and USD. However, the credit/debit card currency is transparent during the ordering process: you can have a credit card issued in Canadian Dollars and be billed in USD. The exchange will be automatically done by your bank without additional costs.

5. Can I get refund for my purchased DVDFAB product?

   We don't accept refund request because our products are shareware, that means you need try it before you buy it.
   We provide our customers 30 days FULL function and FREE use of our products, you can try them out to see if you are satisfied with them.

6. What if I ordered DVDFab and didn't get the discount price?

   Please understand our refund policy that we can not just refund the discount part. You need reorder DVDFab at http://www.dvdfab.net/order.htm with discount price, and then we will full refund your first purchase. Thanks so much for your understanding and patience.

7. Where can I enter the coupon code to renew my DVDFab?

   I am sorry that we can only offer discount for ordering new options of DVDFab, not renewing for now. So there is no place to enter coupon code in the renewal order process.

8. I am worried about my private information and I dislike paying online. Do I have other means to purchase your product?

   Our software can not be ordered in any stores. You don't need to worry about that. Our payment platform is 100% secure. If you don't want to order online, please contact with Avangate support team. You should tell them which options, the items you want in detail. They allow you to use Credit/Debit Card(payment information by fax).

9. Can you tell me the price as paying with different currency?

   Please choose the DVDFab options you need, click "continue", then you will find the "show price in" box at the top right corner. Please check it out.
   The price in same currency may be different. Because if you choose Billing currency as EUR, VAT may apply to EU orders. The total price inclusive of applicable taxes will be displayed before the order is transmitted.

10. Why are there few sellers selling your products at lower price?

    The sellers are not legal, and the key you get is not legal too. If you order from them, you can not get any upgrade and service. Please DO NOT place order on any other website like eBay, iOffer, dvd95copy, dvdfab6.com, swreg. etc. The only one secure online store is http://www.dvdfab.net/order.htm .
