What kind of payment method do you accept?
We currently accept the following payment methods:
Visa/MasterCard/Eurocard, American Express, Dinners Club, JCB, Bank/Wire transfer, Alipay, Credit/Debit card (Payment information by Fax).
Note: We do not accept PayPal for the time being.

Why can't I get discount price after enter the coupon code?
Please note that the coupon code must be in upper case. You can simply copy and paste them directly.
What currencies are acceptable?
The accepted billing currencies are EURO, US dollar, Japanese Yen, Argentine Peso, Brazilian Real and Chilean Peso . However, the credit/debit card currency is transparent during the ordering process: you can have a credit card issued in Canadian Dollars and be billed in USD. The exchange will be automatically done by your bank without additional costs.
Can I get refund for my purchased DVDFAB product?
Sorry to say that we don't accept refund request since we have declaimed that you should try it to make sure it works before you buy at http://www.dvdfab.com/order.htm. That's to say, when we see your order coming in, we consider that you have evaluated our products by yourselves, so you should have learned what it is capable of, what it does not do. Thanks for your understanding.

Our software can not be ordered in any stores. You don't need to worry about that. Our payment platform is 100% secure. If you don't want to order online, please contact Avangate support team at email@example.com
Can you tell me the price as paying with different currency?
Please choose the DVDFab options you need, click "continue", then you will find the "show price in" box at the top right corner. Please check it out.
The price in same currency may be different. Because if you choose Billing currency as EUR, VAT may apply to EU orders. The total price inclusive of applicable taxes will be displayed before the order is transmitted.
Why are there a few sellers selling your products at lower price?
The sellers are not legal, and the key you get is not legal too. If you order from them, you can not get any official upgrade and technical service, and we have given them the statement of their unauthorized behavior and will slove this by law. Please DO NOT place order on any other website like eBay, iOffer, Swreg, dvd95copy, dvdfab6.com, etc. The only one secure online store is http://www.dvdfab.com/order.htm, Fengtao Software Inc. is the official software publisher and the only authorized payment platform is Avangate.
What should I do if I have problem when ordering with credit card?
Please close the browser and try again to place the order again at http://www.dvdfab.com/order.htm. You can also try other broswers.
If there is still an issue in purchasing the product, please try another credit card to see the result.
How long will it take to get your support response?
Generally, we'll reply to you within 48 hours except for weekends or holidays due to the time difference. But in most cases you'll get our response in a few hours. Please do contact us again after 72 hours if you do not get a response from us.
