  1. What currencies are acceptable?

    The accepted billing currencies are EURO, US dollar, Japanese Yen, Argentine Peso, Brazilian Real and Chilean Peso . However, the credit/debit card currency is transparent during the ordering process: you can have a credit card issued in Canadian Dollars and be billed in USD. The exchange will be automatically done by your bank without additional costs.

  2. Can I use "Nero" or "Imgburn" to burn?

    Yes, you can. DVDFab offers multiple options on choosing your favorite burning engines, you can make your own configuration at Common Settings->Write->Burning Engine,  currently, there are four options available: DVDFab Burning Engine, VSO Burning Engine, Nero Burning ROM, and ImgBurn.

  3. Can DVDFab Blu-ray Copy remove BD copy protection for copying?

    Yes, DVDFab Blu-ray Copy has added full BD+ support from version 7.x. You can visit http://www.dvdfab.com/manual/settings/Protection to see what kinds of Blu-ray related protections does DVDFab Blu-ray Copy deal with.

  4. Which software is free in your company? Where can I get it?

    A list of freeware from DVDFab: HD Decrypter, Virtual Drive, Free DVD, Region Set, Passkey Lite.

  5. Can I use DVDFab 8 and DVDFab 9 simultaneously on one computer?

    Yes, of course. Everything will run smoothly.

  6. How do I change the language of the program?

    Please set the preferred language for DVDFab Media Player in Settings control Panel.

    1. Display the Settings dialog box by clicking on the gear icon on the top right corner;
    2. Click the General option, go to Language selection area;
    3. Click on either one of the arrow icons to select the preferred language;
    4. Restart the program so that the change may take effect.

  7. Can I copy Blu-ray 3D movies with DVDFab Blu-ray Copy?

    Yes, you can. There are three ways to make Blu-ray 3D movie backups.

    1. Blu-ray Copy - Full Disc:  Copy as Blu-ray 3D  (BD50 to BD50, BD50 to BD25);

        Convert to Side By Side 3D: (BD50 to BD25 with compression).

    2. Blu-ray Copy - Main Movie:  Copy as Blu-ray 3D  (BD50 to BD50, BD50 to BD25);

        Convert to Side By Side 3D (BD50 to BD25 with compression).

    3. Blu-ray Copy - Clone:  make perfect 1:1 bit-to-bit Blu-ray 3D copy  (BD50 to BD50).

  8. How to set the default output media size as BD25?

    Please open "Common Settings/Blu-ray Copy" window, then you can set the default output size as BD25.

  9. How to change the aspect ratio for converted files?

    Please click on "Video Effect Settings", then you can change the aspect ratio there.

  10. It seems that DVDFab 9 only has Windows version for now, when can I expect the Mac version?
